National Dental Plan offers 0% interest and currently has a no deposit promotion. There is a small setup fee of $70 (which is incorporated into the plan repayments) and a monthly fee of $8.

- Let us know you intend to use National Dental Plan as your preferred payment plan.
- Sign up for Humm at their website or use their mobile app (Google Play Store / Apple App Store)
- Once approved for the plan, let us know so we can send you your dental plan
- Check the dental plan and approve it!
